Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Gulf Tours (“we”, “our”, “us”). 
By booking or participating in any of our tours, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. 

 

1. Bookings & Payments 

  • Payment in full is required to confirm your booking. 

  • All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. 

  • Bookings are subject to availability and minimum passenger numbers. 

 

2. Cancellations & Refunds 

If you cancel: 

  • More than 7 days before departure → Full refund less 10 % admin fee 

  • 3–7 days before → 50 % refund 

  • Less than 3 days or no-show → No refund 

If we cancel: 

  • We may cancel due to weather, safety, road conditions, or insufficient numbers. 

  • You can choose a full refund or transfer to another tour date. 

 

3. Changes & Delays 

We make every effort to operate tours as advertised. 
However, routes, timings, and inclusions may change due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather or supplier issues). 
We’re not liable for extra costs arising from such changes. 

 

4. Liability 

  • Participation in tours is at your own risk. 

  • Gulf Tours Ltd and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage except as required by law. 

  • You are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance. 

 

5. Health, Safety & Conduct 

  • Please advise us of any medical conditions, mobility limits, or dietary needs at the time of booking. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse or remove any passenger whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive. 

 

6. Personal Belongings 

We take care of but accept no responsibility for lost or damaged items. 
Please keep valuables with you at all times. 

 

7. Photography 

Photos and videos may be taken during tours. 
Unless you notify us in writing, you consent to reasonable use of these images for Gulf Tours promotional purposes. 

 

8. Privacy 

Your personal information is used solely for booking and communication. 
We do not share data with third parties except as required to deliver your tour.
